Ms. Lori Pizzo, Principal
Meet our Principal! Lori Pizzo has been leading our school community since 2016, and she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for our students. With over 22 years of educational experience, Lori has a passion for providing students with the tools and resources they need to succeed both academically and personally.
Lori believes in promoting a culturally responsive and project-based learning environment that helps remove barriers to learning . She is committed to collaborating with teachers, staff, parents, and students to create a supportive community that values diversity and champions academic excellence.
In addition to her experience as a principal, Lori was a soccer coach in the valley for over 20 years. She spends her free time playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Ms. Crista McGee, Assistant Principal
It is with great excitement that we welcome Ms. Crista McGee as the new Assistant Principal of Canyon Breeze Elementary School!
Ms. McGee brings 28 years of experience in education and a deep commitment to helping every student succeed. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master's Degree in Elementary Education with Principal Certification from Northern Arizona University. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating positive learning environments where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Ms. McGee believes that every child is capable of success and deserves the opportunity to build a strong educational foundation. As Assistant Principal, she is passionate about working alongside students, families, and staff to foster a welcoming, supportive, and engaging school community where all learners can thrive.
She is excited to join the Canyon Breeze family and looks forward to building meaningful relationships, celebrating student achievements, and partnering with the entire school community to make the 2026–2027 school year an outstanding one for every Canyon Breeze student.
